These groups give girls the chance to develop their character, make friends and have fun. There are opportunities to learn new skills, develop confidence and to work with and for others.

For Boys and Girls

18th Whitley Bay (Cullercoats Methodist) Scout Group
Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. The Group has been part of the Church since 1966 and provide adventurous activities, camps and hold meetings on Monday and Tuesday evenings in the main hall.

Beavers aged six to eight meet on Monday from 6pm to 7pm

Cubs aged eight to ten and a half meet on Tuesday from 6:30pm to 8pm.

Scouts aged ten and a half to fourteen meet on Monday from 7:30pm to 9pm. We do have waiting lists to join in the younger sections, so please speak to a uniformed leader if you are interested in your child joining.
